In 2011, in my last semester of college, I started as an intern at Electromontaj and I immediately felt welcome. In the meantime, I gained valuable experience in all the original projects I was assigned to. Electromontaj gives me the chance to be part of a professional and dynamic team. Although working in this field and always having deadlines can be stressful, every day offers the opportunity to learn new and interesting things. It is a place where teamwork and skills are encouraged and appreciated.

During my childhood, I spent the summer holidays in the construction site area, where my father worked together with Electromontaj to implement various energy infrastructure projects. After 35 years, I am still with this wonderful company.

For me, Electromontaj is a team of professionals who develop important projects and where there is room for new talents who want to develop and learn a trade. After 30 years with the company, the lack of routine and the new things I learn are the leitmotifs of every day's work.
