Electromontaj, present at the 4th edition of the POLIJobs Career Fair
Electromontaj was present at the fourth edition of the POLIJobs Career Fair organised by the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, which took place over the course of two days, May 12-13, 2021 POLIJobs is the largest event of its kind in the field of engineering, bringing together both students and employers.
The event represented a good opportunity for Electromontaj to meet with students and graduates of the Polytechnic. The participants had the chance to find out more about the company, to familiarise themselves with what we do and benefit from internship programs or even secure entry-level jobs, which are great starting points for any career. Subsequently, based on their performance and their desire for development, students who become part of the EM world can grow to become true experienced professionals.
“Since we are now involved in a development process, attracting the right people is one of our priorities. We will remain open to future collaborations with the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest in order to discover new talents that would like to grow with us , and I know for a fact that the 1,500 experienced professionals who make up the EM team will add value to the professional life of any student at the beginning of their career ,” says Cătălina Neacșu, Human Resources Director.
Electromontaj is a global construction and installation company, with over 70 years of experience in the implementation of turnkey projects for electricity transmission and distribution.
POLIJobs is the only recruitment and placement agency for students launched by a university in Romania and it aims to ensure an adequate graduate insertion on the labour market. In the context of COVID-19, this year’s edition took place online.
