Education and experience:

Knowledge and skills:

  • Records the entry/exit documents in the register of documents;
  • Sorts documents;
  • Forwards emails/calls to the required departments;
  • Ensures the smooth running of the secretarial activities;
  • Records and distributes correspondence according to internal rules;
  • Organises protocol activities.
