Education and experience:
- Completed higher education;
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar position.
Knowledge and skills:
- Orderly, responsible, serious, presentable;
- Knowledge of English – conversational level;
- Good communication skills;
- Computer operating knowledge: the Office package.
- Records the entry/exit documents in the register of documents;
- Sorts documents;
- Forwards emails/calls to the required departments;
- Ensures the smooth running of the secretarial activities;
- Records and distributes correspondence according to internal rules;
- Organises protocol activities.
